QUICK AND EASY BANANA PANCAKE RECIPE with a TWIST

Did you know that bananas are known as happy fruit? According to Pratima Mishra, a clinical nutritionist at Columbia Asia Hospital in Ahmedabad, “Bananas are a happy fruit as they have tryptophan, which gets converted into serotonin in the body, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.”
I used to eat Banana Fritters. It is a is long, thin slices of banana that are fried, coated in dark caramel candy, and topped with a crown of white sesame seeds. But as time goes by, I got bored with eating Banana Fritters every snack time so I came up with the idea of creating a version of pancake with a taste of banana. All you need is a banana, egg, cooking oil, sugar, and honey so let’s get started!

INGREDIENTS:
3 Bananas
1 Egg
Cooking oil
2 tbs of sugar
Honey

PROCEDURE:
Peel off the 3 bananas and smash it until it becomes sticky. It usually takes 5 minutes before you get the desired texture. After getting the perfect texture, beat 1 egg and mix it in. Add 2 tbs of sugar and mix it well.

After mixing everything, the heat of the pan and put some cooking oil. Wait for 5 minutes before putting the mixture in the hot oil. Deep fry each scoop of the mixture until it’s cooked.

Enjoy the pancake! Best served with honey syrup as toppings.

I was really planning to sell these pancakes but because of the stay at home quarantine protocols that we need to follow, I can’t sell it. So instead of selling it, I’ll just share my secret recipe for you to enjoy at home. Sounds great right?
